JRFG Jump Rope Level 1 Technical Certification
Jump Rope Level 1 Technical Certification is a two-day workshop where you’ll learn 8 components of jump rope fundamental skills with more than 30 jump rope skills, Footworks, Armworks, Rotations, Powers, Advanced Crosses, Backward fundamentals and Double Unders. The Level 1 course is approved to provide continuing education credits from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) 1.6 CEUs and Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) 15 CEUs.
In the L1 workshop, we will cover all 4 training design and principles of jump rope, including, single rope skipping acquisition, skills developments, basic skills training, routine training. Also, our coach will deliver a JRFG instructional model for all 8 components skills with peer coaching activities and discussions. The workshop session also includes training methodology for incorporating jump rope training in your training, as well as how to link them to you daily training session.
The workshop is open to everyone who is interested in jump rope and fitness, no prior experience is required. No matter you are fitness professional or fitness enthusiasts, only if you are aiming for a whole new experience in jump rope training, we are welcome!
The Lv1 certification are eligible to become Certified in Lv1 Technical, who are knowledgeable on theory and technique in jump rope. Becoming certified requires completing the workshop and passing the examination. Everyone who are willing to accept the challenge, are welcome to take the course for their own benefit.

We will cover 8 components of Jump Rope Skills including Fundamentals, Footwork, Armworks, Rotations, Advanced Crosses, Power, Double Unders, Backward Fundamentals.
Jump Rope Fundamentals: Stating position, toe catch, Double bounce, Single Bounce, Single Bounce Consecutives, Pace Change
FootWork Combinations: Single foot, Jogging, Up-knee-Down, Can-Can, Forward Straddle, Side Straddle, Stagger Jump, Toe tapping, Box steps
ArmWork: Side Swing Open, Side Swipe (Side-Side-Open-Open), Cross-Open, Side-Swing-Cross, Basic Wrap
Double Under: Basic Double under and Unbroken Double Under
Rotations: Turn to Back, Back to Front, Full Turn
Advacned Crosses: Cross Switch,Crougar
Power: Fake Push-Up, Kung Fu Wrap

Class Arrangement during COVID-19
The COVID-19 situation may still be fluid and constantly affect class arrangements in the coming months. To ensure that participants’ learning progress is not affected, JRFG may substitute Live Workshops with online teaching if necessary in the event that face-to-face classes cannot be held. JRFG Secretariat will contact the participants concerned with details of such arrangements as necessary. Please note that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

課程會涵蓋花式跳繩的8大種類:基本動作,腳步動作,手部動作,轉身動作,進階交叉動作,力量動作,二重動作,及後繩基礎動作。
基本動作: 預備動作,踩繩跳,兩彈前跳,一彈前跳,連續前跳,拍子轉換
腳步動作: 單腳跳,單車步,提放跳,肯肯跳,開合跳,前後開合跳,剪刀跳,腳尖跳,拳手步
手部動作: 側擺開跳,擺擺開開跳,交叉開跳,側擺交叉跳,繞繩跳,功夫繞繩
二重跳: 基本二重跳,連續二重跳
轉身動作: 前轉後跳,後轉前跳,全轉跳
進階交叉動作:交叉轉換,跨下一式
力量動作: 假掌上壓
後繩基礎: 後繩基本動作,後繩交叉開跳
